Policies & Procedures

Our Policies & Procedures outline the standards and practices we follow to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every pet in our care. They cover enrolment, opening hours, collection, health requirements, behaviour management, feeding, medication, emergencies, and more. By reading and agreeing to these policies, owners understand how we operate, what is expected of them, and how we provide a consistent, safe, and loving environment for all pets. Compliance with these procedures helps us maintain high-quality care and a secure, happy setting for your furry friends.
